Thanks, Tolu, for the link. I too got the stupid message at the top of my Samsung TV. I followed your link and it seems that only certain products are offered Signature Service. I copied and pasted the info below for others to see. My TV is not part of this service and it seems to include installation and troubleshooting support only.
